I have used them twice and was happy with their service. The moving staff was excellent and professional. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend.
Windsor moving did a move for my mother, when she moved from Cranbury NJ to Brooklyn. Their price was much better than the other estimates we got. Beyond that everything was clear on our agreement and at the end there were no surprise hidden charges. This help make it a great moving experience. From start to finish, all the representatives of the company were very professional, courteous, eager to please and completed the whole job in a few hours. These are the moving guys you want to use.
Worst Experience. Misquoted. Charged $1,000 more than the quote, added additional labor, chipped our bead and broke a fan light. Wardrobe boxes were too few and well used, collapsing as we loaded them. Never again.
The price I was quoted was the price I was charged. The owner Mitch was a pleasure to work with .
Movers were nice and polite as well as knowledgeable about how to handle delicate items.
