Last evening we saw the Hunchback of Notre Dame and were blown away. Where do these actors/singers come from---directly from Broadway? Seriously, what a show. Singing, score, chorus--all magnificent. But wait, the costumes---oh yes the costumes. The Saints and Gargoyles were spectacular!! We sat in the first row and could feel the energy of the cast. Because it was the premiere, we got to meet the cast at the afterparty. They were gracious, funny and I think I am in love with them all. Go See This Show!!
Watched the NJ youth ballet production of the Nutcracker there with my 3 years old. Great place to take your little one for a child friendly first theater experience.
Kelsey is an absolute gem of our community. Being a subscriber for the past 5+ years has been a very rewarding and worthwhile experience. I think that too many people are not aware of this amazing place. The plays are wonderfully done. All have been very good, and some, like the currently-running Memphis, will knock your socks off. Experience Kelsey Theatre!
The acting was good, show was dated. Theater needs to get new padding on chairs.
