For the amount of taxes paid by WW residents, this library should have been much better.
I don't like the system for book returns. I personally dropped all books in the book drop off box and I still get emails saying final notice to return book. Every time I call them they say they don't have it on shelf and they renew it. I called them again and now she is saying that its a very popular book and its not on shelf and if another person checksout the same book then it will automatically gets updated in your account that you returned. What if the other person doesn't checkout by mistake and takes the book? I ended up paying money for a book that I returned. This is not fair. This is not the first time that this happened. Its frustrating. Wish they had self check out and self renew and returns so that you see immediately on the system, in your account, that your return is successful. Then you can go home peacefully. I hate going to this library.
very good libary with great staff
A nice and quiet library in West Windsor. The interior is light and sunny, book selection is good, and staff is very helpful. Only issue? Outdated library search system..
It takes a great deal to write reviews for me but I feel compelled to do so in this case. There is one older lady who is in charge of resume reviews in the West Windsor library. I spoke to her over the phone once and also met her by chance in person, in both ocassions it was very difficult to set an appointment with her to review a resume for me who actually have a job and can not meet during the day. Her demeanor in both ocassions was extremely unhelpful. Does she know she works for a service oriented organization? Here is a suggestion to the person in charge of this library ( since I am paying taxes for this lady to still be employed go figure) please replace this person who should be retiring very soon with someone who has the stamina and willingness to serve the public. And to this lady I would like to say know who you are dealing with, people who work, people who are making a living so you can be still employed.
