Most of the staff is cooI. I just don't like my time wasted. I went all the way back home to get trades just be be told they couldn't take them.
The SL, Lee is an amazing guy who is fun to talk to and really has his pulse in his business. Kudos for bringing this guy on board, he is awesome!
Tried to trade in my Xbox One and the gentleman told me that the IP in my console was blocked by MS without even plugging in the console. The IP isn't on the bottom of the console so I'm not really sure where he was getting that info from.
Took it to another location up the street they laughed took the console no issues.
Never enough staff. Always one person running the registrar and most of the time they are doing trade ins. The girl today couldn't take 3 minutes to sell me No Man's Sky. No she was too busy flirting and messing around with the two systems that some thugs brought in. I waited 10 minutes without her even acknowledging me. Walked out of the store, good thing there's another store at the mall across the street.
He told me that my console may have been opened, hacked, or modified which no it hadn't but just by looking at the tag on the bottom he apparently could tell and was suspicious of me.
Next time just say you don't have stock to take it instead of accusing me of a serious offense.
