The support staff can use some lessons in professional courtesy. Doctors are good and caring!
Doctors are good. But the support staff are pathetic. The billing department is horrible. They are very rude and hostile.
I love the West Windsor office. I've been taking my little one to PNP since he was born about a year ago and we've always experienced great service. Dr. Dorfman is especially great. I also appreciate the fact that you can call the princeton office at any time for concerns that need immediate attention.
Doctors are good. The support staff lack common courtesy and people skills. Recommend management to provide basic training for front desk staff on how to treat people with respect and help them develop people skills as they represent you(Dr.) to the clients so that you don't keep loosing clients like me.......
Worst receptionist ever I seen, I would ask her name. She just hang up due to she couldn't answer my question.
