Absolutely amazing service! My card was suspended and I had to miss my train and uber from Princeton junction to this bank and was greated by Mr. Sosa who not only helped me set up a new card in a timely fashion but he even took me back to the train station so I didn't have to use uber again. Hands down the best service I have ever received. I will now be traveling out of my way to use this specific location. Thank you Mr. Sosa for making my day so much better and helping me to see my sister today.

I went into the branch asking to deposit a check denominated in INR (Indian Rupees). I was forwarded to the most experienced teller (Mary), who in the middle of helping me was asked by another teller to help another customer. She immediately passed me off to another teller who did not have a clue about what was happening. The new person handling my query and I had to wait on Mary until she finished her work with the new customer.
